Yes! Our exclusive oven ready tray mean you can cook your PureFish directly in the tray it arrives in. This means NO HANDLING of raw fish, NO need to dirty a pan, and you can even eat directly from the tray. Best of all the oven ready aluminum tray is 100% recyclable and uses no plastic.

Your PureFish arrives fresh and cut off the bone that morning. If kept properly cold (below 38º F) in the coldest part of your fridge your PureFish will last 2-5 days.

We have to say that range as everyones home refrigerator is set to different temps and also can vary by use throughtout the day.

If you need to freeze you can freeze directly in packaging (if still sealed) and kept in freezer for 3 months.

(If freezing we recommend doing so within first 24 hours).

Although again the sooner cooked and consumed the fresher it will taste.

If you need to store for many days place a frozen gel pack under and on top of tray to keep extra cold and extend shelf life.

Delivery Days are Monday's & Thursday's. Someone will have to be home to accept the delivery or you can opt for a "drop" at the time of ordering if you know you won't be home ... but this can effect quality & shelf life is not refrigerated within a hour.

You will receive an email or text message when driver is on the way.

If you would like to order for any other day you can opt for pick up at our location.

In the future we will be coordinating with local businesses for pick up spots on non delivery days if we receive enough interest.

7. Hand delivered to your door, same day. We use local drivers to deliver your PureFish to your door, delivery fee goes directly to delivery personell.

We have yearly traveled the globe in search of the highest quality & best sustainable seafood available. Whether it's here in San Diego, up the coast to Washington or across the world in New Zealand.

We look for the best quality that our top chefs demand and we only carry proven and certified sustainable products that meet our strict guidelines.

We never compromise quality or sustainability for price because we want to offer the best tasting and healthiest seafood available.

Unfortunately, We no longer ship PureFish.

When we launched our PureFish Home Delivery during 2021 our goal was to provide everyone with access to PureFish. But this became unsustainable from a cost perspective as packaging, & shipping costs skyrocketed ... we decided to absorb those costs and keep prices the same, but after 3 years that became unsustainable.

Also even though we used the most sustainable packaging methods, still we felt there was too much waste and we didn't want to add to this issue.

Also we wanted to get back to roots and focus on local customers that have been asking for a fresh options so we pivoted our model to focus on fresh delivery within San Diego where we are based.

We have eliminated all single use packaging, dry ice, and costly shipping costs to be able to lower pricing and offer fresh same day delivery to our home chefs just as we provide to Pro Chefs in San Diego.

We know there are many loyal and amazing customers outside of San Diego that have loved and supported PureFish but we always want to offer the best products with the best sustainability and that means not just the fish but sustainability in our entire business model as well.
